General Return Guidelines
1. Return Period: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to receive store credit or exchange items purchased online. No refunds will be issued for these purchases.
2. Final Sale Items: Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
3. Pop-Up Store Purchases: Purchases made at our pop-up locations are eligible for store credit or exchanges only. No refunds will be issued for these purchases.
Online Returns
- Eligibility: Online orders are eligible for store credit or exchange only within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at contactequisite@gmail.com. They will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Store Credit: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your store credit. If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit to your email address included on your original order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
In-Store Returns (Pop-Up Locations)
- Eligibility: Items purchased at our pop-up locations can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 5 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Process: Bring your item and the original receipt to any of our pop-up locations to process your exchange or store credit.
