Online Orders: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return for store credit or exchange only. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To start a return or exchange, please visit our Request a Return page and follow the instructions. Once approved, store credit will be issued to your email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Prepaid labels are available for U.S. returns only and will be deducted from store credit.

Pop-Up Store Purchases: Eligible for store credit or exchange within 5 days of purchase. Refunds are not available. Items must be unused and include receipt.

We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes natural disasters, severe weather, war, government restrictions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, and carrier delays. We will resume operations as soon as possible.
