Online Orders

• You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return for store credit or exchange only.
  
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  
• Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  

To start a return or exchange, please visit our Request a Return page and follow the step-by-step instructions. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue store credit to the email used for the original purchase if approved.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
  
• Prepaid return labels are available for U.S. returns only and the cost will be deducted from your store credit once processed.
  
• We do not offer free returns.
  

Pop-Up Store Purchases

• Items purchased at our pop-up locations are eligible for store credit or exchange only within 5 days of purchase.
  
• Refunds are not available.
  
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt.

If you purchased your item through one of our authorized retail partners, please contact the retailer directly regarding returns or exchanges. Their individual return policy will apply to your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please visit our Request a Return page immediately so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days from the time the order is placed.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via the shipping carrier.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  
• Tracking information serves as proof of shipment.
  

For delivery issues, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly and open a claim if necessary.

Orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 3-7 business days of the time of the order. 

Our size range is XXS – XL.

If your desired size is currently sold out, please use the “Notify Me” tool on the product page. You will automatically be notified as soon as it becomes available again.

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Natural disasters
  
• Severe weather conditions
  
• War or civil unrest
  
• Government actions or restrictions
  
• Labor disputes
  
• Supply chain disruptions
  
• Carrier delays
  

In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to resume normal operations as quickly as possible.
