- Store Credit:Ā Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your store credit. If your return is approved, we will issue store credit to the email address used on your original order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Eligibility:Ā Items purchased at our pop-up locations can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 5 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
