Returns and Exchanges

Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. All online sales purchased at regular price are valid for a full refund if Equisite receives the returned item within a 10 day period of filing your return. Anytime after 5 days of purchase will not be granted exchange/store credit. We do not offer free returns.

All sale items are FINAL SALE. If the sale item is defective and a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

All purchases made during a pop-up are non-refundable, only eligible for an exchange or store credit within 5 days after purchase. Anytime after 5 days of purchase will not be granted exchange/store credit.

Any duties, taxes or fees for International orders are to be paid by the customer.

Any purchase's made of duplicate's or multiples will have a restocking fee of $10.00 per garment. We are available during business hours for help with sizing on our chat bar and through email during business hours. We love to help and hear from you!
